RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete the online form available at the following link:

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is submitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the product has not been worn, used, washed, or damaged;

  • all original labels and tags remain attached and intact;

  • the product is returned in its original packaging;

  • the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, AMATA will notify you by email of the outcome of the inspection.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice using the same payment method used for the original purchase. AMATA reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards;

  • personalized or made-to-order products.

Items purchased on sale or promotion may be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless otherwise specified in the relevant product description.

AMATA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions set out above.

EXCHANGES

The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product you currently have and, if you wish, place a new order for the desired item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

This process allows us to provide a fast and accurate service while ensuring that every product is handled with the utmost care and hygiene.

The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance for the value of the goods.

Please ensure that your return, exchange, or incorrect item is securely packaged to prevent damage to both the product and its original packaging.

We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
