Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy allows 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at info@amatamilano.com, specifying "RETURN" and providing:
- the order number
- the item you wish to return, with its product details
We will then reply with instructions on how and where to ship.
Shipping costs:
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The item has not been worn, washed, or damaged
- Original tags and labels are still attached
- The product is returned in its original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email whether the return has been accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that bank or credit card processing times may add a few additional days before the amount appears in your account.
Returns are not accepted for items on sale, gift cards, or items returned without prior email communication.
EXCHANGES
The easiest and fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item in your possession and, if you wish, place a new order for the desired item.
Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund according to our return policy.
This method allows us to provide a fast and precise service, ensuring that every product is handled with the utmost care and hygiene.
WRONG ITEM
If the item you received does not correspond to your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@amatamilano.com, specifying "WRONG ITEM" and providing:
- The order number
- the originally ordered item with its product details
- photographs of the incorrect item received with its product details
We will then inform you whether a return or exchange is possible (depending on stock availability) and provide instructions for shipping the incorrect item.
Please note: even in this case, the item must be returned:
- not worn, washed, or damaged
- with original tags and labels still attached
- returned in its original packaging
In this case, shipping costs are covered by us, whether proceeding with an exchange or a return.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email if it has been accepted. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend shipping the package using a service that insures the value of the items. Please ensure that your return, exchange, or incorrect item is properly packaged to prevent damage to the products and boxes. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
